The maintaining of equipment is the most important role in any installation project. Manufacturers insist that maintenance is carried out between 1-2 times a year by a qualified personnel.
Sound & Lighting products contain moving parts such as motors and fans, products rely heavily on these to cool the vital working elements such as microchips, lamps and PSU’s. Failure to do so can result in many electrical and heat related issues, which often result in a costly repair process.
We offer a series of maintenance packages which are tailored to the individual needs of any Sound & Lighting system. We offer electrical and PAT testing services ensuring your products are kept working under legal regulations.

Where possible we aim to attend to broken or malfunctioning products within 48 hours.
We aim to fix all products on site, however parts can take several days to receive due to the manufacting process.
We always keep clients upto date with the progress of a repair.

All repairs are catered for by our repairs team. All members of our team have undergone comprehensive training, where possible by the manufacturers themselves. Where possible this allows us to offer a full on site repair.
If a problem persists or a product features extensive damage, we will remove the product and “if unrepairable” send it back to the relevant manufacturer to undergo a full refurbishment.
